Participate

1. Read the contest rules.
   When you participate, you implicitly agree with the conditions stated in these rules.
2. Register (possible until 30 June 2025)
3. Insert Immediately a Clean Copy and SRT link in the digital form immediately, which will be used later to insert Dutch subtitles.
4. It is no longer necessary to send a dialogue list.
5. If we have further questions, you will be contacted by one of our staff members.
6. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an email confirmation.
7. In September the nominees will be announced.
8. In November the winner will be selected.

Contest Calendar

1 March 2025	Contest open for registration  Start of the registration period and kick-off of the promotion campaign
31 Juni 2025	Submission deadline  The short film and related material must be in our possession at the latest on this day
20 September 2025	Nominees  The nominated films to be screened during the award ceremony will be announced
7 November 2025	Award ceremony  The nominees will be presented and the audience will choose the winner of Holebikort 2025.
